This publication is designed to present nursing administration a guide reference point in handling nursing providers. It also shows the ANSAP's deep dedication in improving the quality of individual care and management of nursing services in the Philippines. The development was actively participated by the Panel of Nursing jobs (PRC-BON) plus the ANSAP's Table of Administrators and authenticated by the Main Nurses/Nursing Directors who are members of ANSAP. The original draft was eventually evaluated and discussed by thoughts and opinions leaders in focus number of experts.
